New Pool Time

We had a good time on Mother's Day. Caelan used his new pool. It is perfect for him. There's a whale slide that goes into a blue pool. There is also a spray connection, but he opts for that only occasionally. Good times in the back yard. He and daddy got me a cow card signed in crayon and a pretty bracelet. It was a good day.

They are too fun not to publish! Happy 30th "almost" surprise party, Jamie! Here's the gang at Dave and Buster's celebrating one of the many 30th birthdays that are coming in the next two-three years. Teresa, Dan and Lew were there in spirit!

Sog

Caelan had names for Nate and Scott. He calls Scott, Sog and Nate, Night. Here he is with Sog on one of their walks around the yard. Now every time we go outside, Caelan needs his hat. Thanks, Sog. :-)

Fun in the Rain

We've had to get really creative with fun indoors due to the rain. Caelan and Royal played fetch with the Gatorade bottle. Here he is in his stance.

Someone Needs a Haircut

Wednesday, Caelan and mommy were able to hang out for most of the day. Check out his hair and his blueberry covered mouth. Could you say no to this face?

Tractor

His favorite toy at Grandma and Papa's. Here we were visiting Great Grandma Malcom. I didn't get a good picture of that, so we'll just have to go back soon. He had a lot of fun playing with Mel's kids. He met many second cousins.

I couldn't get a picture when both of their eyes were open. Danielle played with Caelan for a long time. He did NOT want to leave her side!

Easter Present

Grandma and Papa got Caelan a Retro-style tricycle. It came complete with a "Boon".

His legs are still too short for the pedals, but he's working on it!

When Daddy decided to hang some pictures, Caelan decided to help with his hammer.

First Easter Egg Hunt

Caelan has been feeling really sick. On Easter morning he seemed to be feeling a lot better, so we had an Easter egg hunt that led up to his big basket full of magnetic animals and more eggs. It turns out, I could have just gotten eggs. He loves to throw them. Here he is eating one of the medallions inside that makes it shake. Last year on this day, he said his first word. "Duck"

Ducks

Here they are on the lake behind Nana and Papa's house. There were geese and ducks. A duck came right up to Caelan to take bread out of his hands.

Authentic Mexican Food

While in Colorado, we ate some REALLY good food. Caelan learned new tricks.

Denver's Children's Museum

The highlight of the museum would have to have been the fire truck. It was pretty popular with all of the kids. Mommy had to regulate on an older girl who was rough with Caelan, but we got him up there and he had a blast!
