Vala's Pumpkin Patch Proved to be Worth a No Nap Day!

Lew's work provided another good time at the pumpkin patch. This was Cam's first time, and he slept through the whole thing. Caelan took advantage of many fun events. He was able to ride the horse by himself this year. He enjoyed a smore, a hot dog, and some cheeto chips. He declared victory on the all-terrain trikes and slowed down for no one. No one. He rode slides, played trains, played on tractors, and jumped on the giant pillow (orange). That was hilarious. They had one for adults too, and if I wasn't watching Cam sleep and Caelan jump, I would have been all over that! We topped the day off with a nice green pumpkin. It was a great time!

It was another shut out!

The Penguins are having a hard time finding the goal, but what they do find is more exciting. Some found the net and threw eachother in it. Others (Caelan) found some tractors passing on the road while a ball was kicked right in front of his feet, but he was too mesmerized by the John Deere to notice. One team member refused to play without his cowboy bandana and vest. We are quite the sight. One thing that is never missing is fun!

Fun with the Martins!

Sarah is graciously being our back-up babysitter when Snooky has to take the day off. They went on nature walks, hunted monsters, jumped, ran, scooted, etc. Look how much fun it is to be at the Martins. I am in awe that Sarah can handle four of these kiddos at once AND give them an amazing learning experience. I think my two alone are a handful! Check out these cute pictures she took, and especially check out Ellie's vertical! That girl can jump! I had to throw in a picture of Brynn because her pigtails and smile are too cute.

Fun with the Girls

When Snooky can't watch the boys, Sarah and her girls step up for us because Sarah is taking the year off to be with them! Caelan and Camden have SUCH a good time with the Martins. These are old pictures from August. They played so hard all day. Here are some pictures from the day. You can't see Brynn, because she was in the snugli so Sarah could take care of all four! We are so lucky to have such wonderful friends.

At the Zoo

Here are some pictures from the zoo. The picture with the three guys is on the caboose of the train. Caelan loved the rainforest. You can see him hanging from the bamboo thingy. Cam and I were fooling around with the camera while waiting for the guys. There are some pictures in the aquarium (that's Cam's favorite place). As you can see by one picture, Caelan is over 3 foot tall. It was a great day for the zoo.

Cute Pics

My Cam loves his veggie chicken. In the other pictures, he's having a conversation.

Caelan Playing

Here he is kicking, catching, and tugging. Royal and Caelan babysit each other all of the time. Oscar doesn't have the patience for either of them.

Soccer Shots

Here are some action shots of the soccer game. They are holding hands before the game and before they do their stretches. They also do a few laps before the game begins. His shirt is inside out because they other team is blue too. These games are the highlight of my weekend.

The REAL Reason we Play Soccer...

Some reasons we play soccer:
  • Being on Tyler's team.
  • Treats.
  • Being able to tackle Tyler when it's not our turn to play.
  • Treats.
  • Screaming and laughing with Tyler
  • "Pri" Suns

These two are hilarious. If you stay the full hour, you'll catch about 2 minutes of intense soccer play. The other 58 minutes are filled with giggles, questions for mommies, and running...after each other (not the soccer ball).

Camden Cheers on Caelan

He is his brother's biggest fan.
