I know you can't really see them, but the Dixie Chicks are on stage here. Lew got me tickets for my birthday. It doesn't look like it...but we had pretty good seats. I love the chicks!
My cousins: Danielle, Brandon, Tyler and Austin were very nice to Caelan. There was an intense football game taking place in Grandma's front yard, and they even paused to give Caelan some much needed attention.
We cut his hair in the bath tub. He was such a trooper. He really liked the razor. The scissors on the other hand was asking too much. He's such a good little man.
For some reason we've had this mullet wig for a whole year and haven't made Caelan pose with it on. This was a long time overdue. He can even make a mullet look good. He's not a fan of it, but it was fun.
He may look like a cute Oompa loompa. That's my fault. His snow pants have definitely see their last days on Caelan. He had a good time on our lake walk with grandparents, mom and dad. He's sitting on an artist's chair by the lake.
We thought it would be cute to get a picture of him AS Thomas....ON Thomas. Also, Ellie and Caelan are looking for the cat under our friend's bed. As you can see by his face, Caelan is very serious about this quest. Ellie has nicely offered the use of her safety light to find him.
Caelan loves this book for the last page. It makes a "duck" sound. The reason that is in quotes is because it's more of a roosterish sound. We try to reinforce the fact that ducks quack, quack. Let's hope it doesn't mess him up too much! :-)
