Faithful Fans

First T-Ball Game

I was so relieved not to be the only mom snapping pictures. I did get some good ones. Caelan's good friend Tyler is on his team. You can see him to the left of him on the bench. This experience was so cute. He doesn't really keep his eye on the ball as much as his eye on the people, the dirt, and his friends on the team. One time, he told the coach in the field that he "had to tell Mommy a secret" and started walking towards me. We've got some focus problems, but he's definitely not alone! Daddy agrees that he has some time before he has to "get his head in the game."These kids are hilarious!

Simon and Norah's

Here's a picture of everyone! We were able to go to Lincoln today to play with Simon and Norah. After a good lunch, we took off to the park.

Make Up

Oops, Caelan found mommy's eye make up. :)

Story Time

I walked in to find Caelan reading to Cam. Here is a bad video...but cute anyway. I think Camden's body language is so cute. He really likes his big brother.

Feeling Better

Camden is definitely back to normal. He is smiling and talking again. I walked into this scene yesterday. Caelan was reading Brown Bear to Cam. His version is "Brown Bear Brown Bear what do you smell" instead of see.

Just a Tuesday Night at Home

While Caelan made his "potty chart," Camden tried out his swing again. He's not feeling too hot in this picture, but he is three months old already. STATS: 16 pounds. That's right...I said 16 pounds. I'm not even kidding when I say that my 3 month old is about 1/2 the weight of my 3 year old. Doctor said there is no need to worry yet, but Camden is very healthy.
Likes: Smiling, sleeping on mommy, his brother, his daddy, all grandparents and his aunties.
Dislikes: long car trips, dirty diapers, empty tummies, being put down for any length of time, the usual baby stuff. By this month, Caelan and Camden have really bonded. Caelan is such a protector. He sings to Cam when he is upset, he always wants to hold him, he talks to him "Goo Goo Gaa Gaa, Cam" and he puts his pacifier in if needed.

Beautiful Royal

Shouldn't he always be surrounded by beautiful flowers? I bet he thinks so.

Fun with Caelan

While Camden was sleeping off his sickness (fever, etc.), Caelan and I played frisbee and rode bicycles until he woke up.

Caelan is a Pro When it Comes to Colorado

I'm telling you, this kid is AWESOME! He did SO well on the car rides to and from Colorado. He had so much fun with Papa and Nana and was completely spoiled. :-) (The good kind.) Above, he can be seen playing frisbee at Nana and Papa's house, lying around with Fancy, smiling and wearing his helmet at the Rockies game, getting into trouble on the Pearl street mall, and flying a kite with daddy and papa. It's obvious he will be missing Colorado!

Camden's First Trip to Colorado

Camden had a great trip to Colorado. He smiled through the tornadoes we dodged on the way there, had smilefests with Nana and Papa, bonded with his brother, and kept mommy up all night wanting to snuggle. He made it back and is recovering from the big trip. Here are pictures from the fun. We went to the park, to the Pearl Street Mall, and many other places with him.

Zesto

These hilarious pictures are lunch at Zesto. Mommy and Camden do not like eating here so much, but the other two like the greasy food...and ice cream. By the time we left, Caelan had ice cream all over his hands, arms, legs, etc. It was messy, but I think he believes it was worth it.

Camden's First Trip to the Zoo

The carseat pictures are Camden getting ready to go to the zoo. He was sleeping when we first got there, and then woke up for the zoo train. Caelan helped by holding his ears on the train so the whistle didn't scare his little brother. Caelan was HILARIOUS today. We all had a very good time. Notice Camden. He loves to put his fist and chunky forearm in his little mouth. He's not even hungry.

Victory Dance

=
Caelan and Ellie had some amazing victory dance moves on Saturday night. I think they are inspired by the shoes.

Pure Adrenalin

Is what Caelan was running on by 9:00pm on Saturday. We had a blast bowling with the Martins, and we all decided to head out for some pizza. As you can tell by the looks on the kids' faces, the pizza couldn't come soon enough. They had a good time playing submarine with the chairs. I think the bar workers and maybe some patrons were glad when we all headed home.:-)
